TwilightPrince answered:

Do you remember that giant rock a the goron mountain, well go to that and minda will teleport it to the zorons and thaw them out.

Diamond Lucario answered:

Go to Death Mountain and have Midna warp the Fire shard thingy there.

LadyBug44 answered:

Go to Death Mountain, remember the huge red-hot thing that fell from the sky? Stand in front of it as a wolf, then warp, Minda will automatically grab the thing, warp to Zora's Domain with it, and it falls into the ice and thaws out the Zoras! Amazing, isn't it?

sheiny answered:

Warp to Goron Mines and use Midna to Warp that huge hot meteor rock that fell from the sky back to Zora's Domain - that'll melt all the ice!!!

joslifer1 answered:

Well, where might one find the opposite of ice? Death Mountain, naturally, it being a volcano. So warp thus, and you'll find yourself encountering a piece of lava rock. And it's still warm. Before warping it away, though, you might as well get the Howling Stone just down the path, if you haven't already. If you have, great--you did better than I the first time I played. If not, then this is prime time to do so. Once you've done all you want/need to do here as a wolf, teleport yourself and the rock back to Zora's Domain, where the magma will smash into the ice and melt it thoroughly. Come back as a man with water bombs and the Zora's Tunic, put on your iron boots and bomb the rock. You'll get something good. Smile

You can do it.
