Go to Death Mountain (where you got the cutscene of the giant rock crashing into the ground). Midna will say something appropriate and then you'll be given the choice to warp with it. Choose to warp to the frozen throne room and you're done.

Go back to death mountain and that big boulder thing that is stuck in the ground (burns you if you touch it ) and get midna to warp it back to zora's domain.
