I assume you need to know how to get to it. It is near the area where the guy sells the lantern oil. Just look around a little and look at your map. All the owl statues are marked on your map if you have restored Lila's memory and reactivated the dominion rod. Good luck...Oldtoad

Its in this little cut out thing. You have to blow up the rock's in front of the main opening, then follow it back, and you'll see it. Like oldtoad said, it's near where the latern oil guy is.

Comeback from the hyrule feild and to your left at the oil lantern guys place . There is a big rockvery noticeable n just BLOW it up.
