Don't you know anything? The Usurper King is Zant! If you played Zelda at all you would know that. It even says so: Usurper King Zant. It says that at the beginning of the battle dummy!

Okay! I don't remember the exact order. But I'll explain it as best I can. The first round dodge the projectiles he throws at u. When you are able, throw the boomerang at him. Attack him with your sword. Do this until the scenery changes. When he jumps from pillar to pillar, like the monkey did in the first temple, just roll and hit the pillar. When he falls attack him with your sword until the scenery changes. Under water, shoot the claw shot at him and attack him with your sword. Do this until the scenery changes. On the ice stage, ball and chain one of his feet. When he goes hopping in pain, attack him with sword until the scenery changes. I think you get the point.
