You talk to him. He will say that his daughter, Ara, is sad.She will be in the town the way you go to the mine and chop shop. You then do a freind conversation with her to cheer her up. She wants to go in the casino but her dad won't let her, and a person is stalking her. You have to get him off her back. Go to the pawn shop and buy a paddleball and give it to the man behind the cactus behind Ara. You say whats up and you let him play with it. Then talk to Ara again, telling her it's safe to go in. Then meet her in the casino. She will says how she didn't like the place. Then go to the Fusulli house and talk to them. Then you gain his trust!
