To answer your question this is what I did: First you get on the roof and there are 3 things on the roof you pick one of them and there will be a yellow arrow. You have to try a few times and the alarm MIGHT go on and you will go to jail and to get out of it will cost 100 in sim money you have to pick each lock on each thing on the roof so it can unlock. You have to try each thing on the roof. I hope this helped!

You have to pick the locks in the following order:
Middle,left, right
And that shoud unlock the left vent so you can enter the warehouse without the alarm going off,
