How do you get rid of the scientist in front of the dotted hole?

At first you want to get the first Rocket Warehouse password, so that means defeating all the Team Rocket members in Five Isle Meadow. Unless you get it from the Team Rocket members in Mt. Ember. First you have to save lorelie in Island 4 at Icefall Cave..you must find the HM Waterfall first so you can climb up to the waterfall inside..after saving her go back to Island 6.Bring a Pokemon that can use Cut..Use cut in front of the door and it will open. Now go to the middle hole then top,left,right and bottom...After that take the Sapphire gem and then a Scientist will rose up from the sky and take it away from you..Now go to Island 5 and go to the Team Rocket's Warehouse and beat the rockets and get the Sapphire gem from the Scientist by beating him in a Pokemon battle. After that give the gem to Celio and then you can now Trade to Ruby/Sapphire or Emerald. If you are planning to battle the Elite 4 you must train to level 80 at least since they have become stronger and they have new Pokemon if I can remember here's there Pokemon
