Question for Pokemon FireRed

I have one master ball and I'm just a beginner on Pokemon fire red so please help me. Here's my question should I catch Lugia or Ho-oh? If I should catch Lugia tell me if I should catch it with a master ball or use it to catch Ho-oh catch tell me what should I use my master ball on help me. Thank you

Do you even know How To Catch Lugia and Ho-Oh on this game? Well anyway my personal taste is Lugia. I just always thought it looked cooler. But if you are talking about the ledendary birds (Articuno, Moltras, Zapdos) Then I would get Articuno. However Zapdos is the better of the three because they are all flying and his electric moves are supper effective.

If I remeber correctly you can get both but if all you have is a Master Ball and your too scared to go up against the other I would do this:
1.get your Master Ball and catch Lugia (My personnal fav PKMN)
2.train up your team to lvl 50+
3.put lugi first in your team
4. Go fight Ho-Oh
5.dont lose XD
6.get him down to about 1 6th of his normall health in the low red
6b.if you can try to get it frozen, frozen is the best but any stat problems will help
7. Throw a ton of timer (or repeat I'm not sure which one it is (( the one that says Grows stronger the more you use it )))
8. If that dosent work throw a ton of ultra balls
9.if that dosent work die/run/turn off your GBA if you saved it before you battled/kill it and turn off and start again.
