How do you Get in to the Elite Four?

Get all eight badges and all the HMs. Then go to Viridian City and go west. You should see the entrance of the Indigo Plateau. Go past the security and navigate through Victory Road and you will be at the Pok�mon League entrance. You know what to do from there...

Beat all of the Gyms and get all the badges by going town to town and then West of Viridian go through the Victory Road or what ever it is called and then you face the Elite Four (pokemon league) which you face Lorelei, Bruno, Agatha, Lance, and Gary which is your Rival.
P.S. You will have to beat your Rival several times in the game so you will know what types of Pokemon he will have when you face him in the league.
