Can someone please help. I can't get the something I need to get to Islands..

You need to get a Ruby, so then you can get the Rainbow Pass to take you to islands 4,5,6,7 but not 8 or 9 which contain Lugia, Ho-Oh and Deoxys, as you need special tickets for them.

Defeat the Pok�mon League, talk to Celio, get the Ruby, and turn it in to him.

He should give you the Rainbow Pass after that.

This pass will take you to islands 4 through 7.

As for 8 and 9, you need the Mystic and Aurora Tickets from a travelling Nintendo event.

You have to return the Ruby and Sapphire to Celio first..

Okay I know how you feel I was stuck on that part too.

You can't get to the 8 and 9 islands unless you go to an nintendo event.

To get to 4,5,6, and 7 you have to beat the elite 4 and then go to island 1 go to the place where you caught Moltres but go to the right and you will see 2 rockets in front of a cave.

Beat them and go in the cave toget the Ruby piece.

Go to that guy in front of that computer in the PC and he will give you the rainbow pass.

Now you can go to island 4 and breed pokemon.

Also you can go to islands 5,6,7.

Without AR or Game shark, there is no getting to isle 8/9. To get to 4,5, and 6 you need to catch 60 pokemon.

Then get Pro. Oak to give you a National Pokedex. Go to mount Ember, and where those team rockets are, go inside to get the Ruby.

Go to Cellio. He will give you a rainbow pass.

I'm not sure about 4, 5, 6, and 7 but you can use an e-reader or action replay to get the EON TICKET which can take you to a mystery island in Ruby and Sapphire and islands 8 and 9 in fire red and leaf green.
