Dotted hole and team rocket warehouse and Mewtwo
Okay three things 1 how can I find the code 2 unlock the dotted hole door 2 where can I find the second password eam rocket warehouse on five island and three how can I enter the cave which mewtwo is in when it is blocked?

for 1: the password is in braile and it reads Cut
for 2: i dont know
for 3: beat the Elite Four and then return to face Mewtwo. he's at level 70 and extremely hard to catch so be prepared

1. Use Cut on the door.
2. You will be told the password once you reach the bottom of the Dotted Hole (North, West, East, South to reach the bottom).
3. Assuming you've beaten the Elite Four, once you give Celio the Sapphire, the guy in front of Cerulean Cave will move.
