How come my Deoxys I cheated for won't obey me?

Nintendo put a special chip inside that alters some codes when you use them, but Datel figured out how to get around that anyways. They made a new code which makes Dexoys obey you, use this code and everything will be alright.

Well alot of people have had that problem and I'm afraid that there is nothing you can do and that is the sad honest truth, do the all items cheat on Sapphire or Ruby and Trade a Pokemon over to fire red holding tha Aurora ticket take it off the Pokemon and talk to the guy who takes the tickets fro the ferry he says wow that's rare then he lets you go to Birth Island and navel island on navel Island you get Lugia and Ho-Oh and on birth Island you get the real Deoxys!!
