Where is the best place to find suciune sorry for the bad spelling but I need help and uhhh o yea what the heck is the problem I try to catch mewtwo but it's freakin hard any tips???????

I would try somewhere around the waters or somewhere dark searching for Suicune and just try making Mewtwo sleep or paralyzed and use a lot of ultra balls.

Suicune is wandering around Kanto. You will find him in a random location somewhere on the mainland.
For Mewtwo it would be best to use a masterball but if you can't use one i'll tell you my strategy for catching him.
First you will need to get a Syther from the Safari Zone or from the Game Corner.
Second. You will need to level the syther up into the 70's or 80's.(not easy I know)
Third. Stock up on ultra balls then go to where you battle him.
And last. You need to battle him. Use sythers False swipe to leave him with only one Hp.(and if you have a Pokemon that knows hypnossis use him to put Mewtwo to sleep) then start trying to catch him useing the ultraballs.
It will not always work but if you save before you battle him you will have several chanses.

Like I tell millions of people, for the legendary dogs, cats, fish, whatever you want to call them, get LOTS of repels, 50 or so, get Pokemon like level 49 and no higher, NO higher, and go to a HUGE area of grass with Pokemon that are BELOW level 49, and look look look.
Prod1gy X is right. Make sure Mewtwo either has the status condition paralysis or sleep. It's better to paralyze him, though, because he can't cure it. Buy about a hundred Ultra Balls and get his HP in the red, as close as you can get it. Good luck.
