I'm wanting to train a meowth to a lvl 100 persian anyone got a walk throught on evolvion and moves?

It evolves at level 28 I think, or somewhere around then.
Anyway, when I last used a Persian in my team the moves it had were Return, Shadow Ball, Bite or Faint Attack and Substitute, which worked well against the Elite Four. I'm sure I managed to solo Agatha using just my Persian with this moveset, and it works very well.
If you don't like Substitute, give it Thunderbolt or something.

Well I think you need to Trade meowth in order for it to Evolve or you have to use a moon stone on it.

A moon stone won't work on a Meowth...just so you know!
I am currently training mine, and I am wondering when it will Evolve...
I cannot remember, but I think you might have to Trade it in order for it to Evolve, but I am not sure...so, I shall persevere a few more levels and see...
It is currently level 24

dont Evolve it..... meowth has pick up persian looses it meowth the higher the level the better chance of picking a rare candy

Meowth evolves at lvl 28. Give Meowth an Experience share and keep it with you to lvl up faster.
Meowth starts with Scratch and Growl. It can naturally learn Bite-10, Pay Day-18, Faint Attack-25, Screech-31, Fury Swipes-36, Slash-40, Fake Out-43, and Swagger-45.
You can teach it Cut, Flash, Water Pulse, Toxic, Hidden Power, Sunny Day, Taunt, Protect, Rain Dance, Frustration, Iron Tail, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Return, Dig, Shadow Ball, Double Team, Shock Wave, Aerial Ace, Torment, Facade, Secret Power, Rest, Attract, Thief, and Snatch.
You can take it to a Move Tutor to learn Body Slam, Double Edge, Dream Eater, Mimic, Substitute.
Persian starts with Bite, Growl, and/or Scratch.
It can naturally learn Bite-10, Pay Day-18, Faint Attack-25, Screech-34, Fury Swipes-42, Slash-49, Fake Out-55, and Swagger-61.
You can teach it Cut, Flash, Water Pulse, Roar, Toxic, Hidden Power, Sunny Day, Taunt, Hyper Beam, Protect, Rain Dance, Frustration, Iron Tail, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Return, Dig, Shadow Ball, Double Team, Shock Wave, Aerial Ace, Torment, Facade, Secret Power, Rest, Attract, Thief, and Snatch.

When you breed a Meowth or Persian the egg can start with Amnesia, Assist, Charm, Hypnosis, Psych Up, and Spite.
