The legendary birds (Zapdos, Moltres, Articuno) can not be found in Cerulean Cave. You do find Mewtwo there after you beat the Elite Four.

No, you cannot find the three legendary birds in cerulean cave. But you can find Mewtwo there after you beat the Elite Four. Hope this helps.

No. Their location was changed. But you can find Mewtow (lvl 70) on the cave after beating the Elite 4. Want to know where the birds are? Here:

Articuno: Seafoam Islands
Zapdos: Power Plant
Moltres: Mt. Ember

Lol, oh no you most certainly cannot. However, I dream of that being true, it would be so much easier for me to capture all of the legendary birds if that were the case. Sadly it is not, and now I have to go all over the place looking for them :(

Anyway, The only legendary Pokemon that you can find in the Cerulean City cave is a Mewtwo. A level 70 Mewtwo at that. The only way to gain access to this cave and get Mewtwo is by beating the Elite Four, and getting all eight badges. After you do that, you can get Mewtwo.

Zapdos is actually located very close to Cerulean City, he is located in a nearby area of Cerulean City, inside the building called the Power plant. Just go to the Pokemon Center that is in front of Rock Tunnel, which is east of Cerulean City, and head north till you reach a small patch of grass. You should see a surfable path. Go on it, and head east, then south for a while, you should come upon the Power plant soon enough. Zapdos will be inside the Powerplant at a nice level 40.

Moltres is located in Victory Road, better known as the Elite Four cave. When you are in what could be considered the middle of the cave you should see Moltres behind a wall. Just use a Pokemon that knows the move strength to push the annoying rocks out of the way, and then boom. A Moltres at level 40 waiting for you to catch it. Articuno is located deep within the Seafoam Islands/cave. To ge tthere, you can use one of these two paths. Either go to Cinnabar Island and surf East till you reach the Seafoam Islands. Or surf southwest of Fuschia City, either path is guaranteed to take you to the Seafoam islands. In order to reach Articuno in the Cave, you need to walk around the cave and use strength on every boulde rthat you see. I am serious, use strength to push every boulder that you see into a nearby hole, because after you push a lot of them in you will be able to surf to Articuno. In order to get into the water jut drop into a hole, and surf north till you reach Articuno. If you are blocked by the current, then you need to push in more boulders till you can surf towards Articuno. He will be on level 40.

Hope this helps. Smile

Okay let me truly answer this question none of the legenderary birds are in cerulean cave the only legendary is Mewtwo Moltres is not found in victory road but in one island after you defeat Blaine first ravel to the island and walk around and you should see calm water that you can surf on go up until you hit the island keep going and you will eventually meet Moltres. Articuno is in the Seafoam Islands but enter from Fuschia city because you can't enter from the cinibar side figure out the puzzle and articuno is yours. Zapdos is located east of cerulean city and requires surf to reach the power plant maneveur inside the plant and you will find Zapdos. Good Luck!!!

The legendary birds (Zapdos, Articuno and Moltres) are not found in Cerulean cave.

Zapdos- found in the power plant a short surf away from rock tunnel at Lv. 50
Moltres- Ember island a surf away from kindle road on island One or two (sorry I forgot :P) at Lv. 50
Articuno-Found in the Sea Foam Islands a short surf from Fuchsia City, then by changing the tide currents etc.. At Lv. 50

In cerulean only Mewtwo is found. At Lv. 70..
