the dotted hole ruins-continued
Every time I talk to him he says something about him finding this place and that I shouldn't look at him so envious. He wont seem to move and I've tried this alot. Has this happened to any of yu guys before ? Can someone plz help me? Thanx

Well that didn't happen to me. When I got to the cave nobody was there. Maybe you need to explore other areas and do something first. And I don't about this, but maybe you need to find the first gem (the Ruby), and maybe even give it to Celio before having access to the Dotted Hole.

You have to be in Altering Cave at least once, that will help you gain access to
The dotted ruins ^^ I got stuck there too
