The Best Way to Catch Latios and Latias
Added:
First you train a Wobbefeth to level 40. Then buy a lot repels. Use the repels.
Then walk around through the grass.(Make sure that the Wobbefeth is first in your party) Since Latios/Latias is on level 40 it should pop out because the Wobbefeth is on level 40.
Make sure you have a "Master Ball" if you dont then you can get one from this lady with a lottory ticket in lilycove dept.
P.S: I tried all cheats on how to catch Latios and Latias they didn't work so I posted my own and it works
