FIRST make sure you have this MASTER CODE already added to your Cheats

Then buy regular $100 pokeballs. Then go to PC. Deposit the pokeballs into the PC. THEN enter THIS CHEAT CODE.

Now you can withdraw the Master Balls. You have to remove the code before each deposit or it won't work
