Here is a good way to catch latios/latias. First you need to have a pokmeon that has the moves False Swipe and any attack that makes the foe sleep. This way is good if you want to act noble and use No Cheats. First when you see the any of the lati use false swipe (your pokemon has to be very strong attack stat) Then only 1 HP will be left (because the attack never faints the foe and leaves only with 1 Hp always) if the lati does not escape use the attack that will make it sleep. Use ultra balls to catch it. IF u r lucky you will catch it and after it escapes search the area of the lati in the pokedex find it battle it use ultra balls and try try until you die!! (just jokin). This hint is useful in any emulator whether u are in nds of game boy or Psp(real not in pc) Happy cheating!! Best of luck for your afterlife!!
