Hiring Work Assistants

As your farm continues to grow, you should be making enough money where you will start looking to hire assistants to help with all the jobs found on your farm. To hire a work assistant, simply drive the appropriate vehicle and tool to the field that you want them to work on. From there, click on the assistant icon to hire a new worker. The assistant will immediately take over that given vehicle Controls, starting their work right away. If their fuel or seed tanks become empty, they will briefly stop the work they are doing and drive to refill the tank before returning to work. All assistants accumulate wages based on the hours they work.
