In addition to the grain and Vegetables a player plants, creating hay bales is just as important in the success of your farm. In order to feed your Cows and Sheep, you must cut the grass of the meadow you are given to begin your career with and create hay from such. To create hay, a farmer must mow the grass of the meadow with a Mower, and then they must turn it over with the Tedder so it can dry into hay. After turning into hay, a farmer can pick it up with a Baler to create hay bales or they can use the Loading Wagon to collect it. If a farmer was to use a Windrower before collecting the hay, they can place the bales into neat rows that are much easier to pick up and relocate.
