Bloodfang Sabertooth

After receiving the mission from Jayma, head over to the Bloodfang Sabertooth's map marker. It is very close to the village.

Just keep following the marker until you reach a cave. Continue following the map marker until a cutscene plays showing a fellow wenja who is unfortunately taken by the beast.

Exit the cave in pursuit of the beast. As per all the tracking quests, enable your hunter vision and just follow the red tracks.

Eventually you will find yourself having to choose multiple locations. I chose the south-most one and it turned out fine.

You will come to find a small site with wenja around. Speak to him to continue. He states that the beast only hunts at night. If it is day, sleep till nightfall to continue.

If you don't feel confident that you can take on the beast on your own, you can set up traps around the camp to help you.

You can find the beast stalking the camp at night so engage it to start bringing him down.

After damaging it enough, the beast will run to its lair. He is invincible during this time so don't bother attacking it. Follow its scent trail to its cave.

Continue following its trail and soften it up further.

When it is finally exhausted, you can now attempt to tame it.

Congratulations on taming this beast. It is a very good partner even among the other beasts.
