Summoning New Familiars

You’ll start off with the default Familiar named Star but as you get stronger, you’ll need to get new ones, especially the elusive and powerful S or SS-rank ones. Higher-grade Familiars are sought after because of their excellent skills and considerably higher CP boosts.

Summoning

There are several ways of summoning new familiars. The basic ones are through Normal Summon and Advanced Summons. You can access this option through the Familiar menu as shown below. Tap on the book icons to see the preview of the items you’ll get through these summoning methods. These summoning methods will give you random familiars or items.

You can have 5 free Normal Summons per day, with additional summon attempts for 20,000 each or 10 summons for 190,000 gold. Take note however, that Normal summon will only give you a chance to summon B-rank Familiars and Familiar EXP items.

Advanced Summoning requires “Summon Familiar Crystals” that you can obtain from the following sources:

* via Quick Buy or Diamond Shop at 200 Diamonds each

* via Star Coin Shop. However, it’s limited to 5pcs per week and will only unlock once your character has reached Re.1 LV40.

* via Benefit Card. You can buy the weekly card using diamonds; otherwise, you’ll have to spend real money.

Familiar Exchange

Another way of getting a new Familiar is via Familiar Exchange. Here, you can exchange Familiar Crystal Shards to get a Familiar you want. You’ll get new shards whenever you perform Advanced Summons or recycle unneeded familiars. Recycling high-rarity familiars will yield more shards. (S-rank familiars can yield 800 shards while B-rank familiars will only give 20 shards).

Event Rewards

You can also get new familiars as rewards by completing limited events or tasks.

Familiar Shards

This is different from Familiar Exchange since you’ll need 100 shards of the same familiar to fuse them into a usable familiar. These shards can be obtained from the Treasure Shop or from Guild Matches.
