Secondary Class

As you continue to progress in the game (level up, complete quests, unlock new Memories, etc), you’ll gain access to a secondary class. In battle, this is called Fate Resonance, where your character temporarily switches form to the selected secondary class and gains access to the class’ skills and attacks, on top of having buffs for the duration of the switch.

You’ll start off with an Advanced Class that is branched off your character’s Main Class. So for example, if you’re playing as a Spirit Maiden Miko, your secondary class can be either a Fan Dancer or Spell Master. Once your character acquires the Tier II advanced class, the corresponding secondary class will also be a Tier II one. Thankfully, you can choose a different secondary advanced class by paying 200K gold. Take note however, that you can only select the advanced class from the same main class as your character.

Once your character has gone through the Reborn process, you’ll get the chance to select a secondary class that’s entirely different from your Main Class (for free). The mechanics will still remain the same; even after getting reborn, your character will retain its Tier II Advanced Class so the secondary class you’ll select is also going to be a Tier II advanced class. In this example, my Miko’s secondary class is a Gunner > Magic Gun Master.

Like before, you can still pay 200K gold to change to a different Advanced Class from the same class tree. So using the same example above, I can still switch to a Gunnery Master or Bounty Master by paying the required amount.

What if you want to change your main secondary class? Well, you can do that by tapping the Secondary Class Conversion button on the upper left of the screen. However, this is not free. You have to spend a hefty amount of gems (premium currency) to complete the process.
