How to Claim your Inbox Rewards

One of the things that is confusing new players of Babylon's Fall is how to collect the rewards from their inbox when they are prompted with a notification stating that they have something waiting for them there. This How to Claim your Inbox Rewards guide will tell you where you need to go to access them.

Each consecutive day you play Babylon's Fall you will receive a daily reward when you log into the game. A confirmation message will appear on-screen along with a prompt to go to your inbox to claim your reward. You will not be able to access these rewards from the HUD immediately after logging on, in order to collect these rewards from your inbox you need to find a chest that is located on the second story part of the hub town.

You start Babylon's Fall in a tavern after completing the opening, to reach your inbox you need to do the following steps.

Step #1

Exit the tavern and then turn right, so you go up a small set of stairs.

Step #2

Continue this way, and then pass the market stall with Pygmalion on the left.

Step #3

If you continue going straight this way you will come across an icon on the screen that looks like a small chest with a crown.

Step #4

If you go up the flight of stairs on the right you will see a chest on this floor. You can then either examine your rewards, or if you are in a hurry and just want to claim all of your new items, you can press and hold Square on your controller to retrieve everything at once.

Step #5

You will now be able to access any unclaimed rewards, and also look at any previously claimed rewards up to 30 days ago. Any rewards not claimed after that will be deleted, so it is recommended that you claim your rewards as soon as possible.

Following is an alternate way in which you can claim your inbox rewards after logging in a second time or after a mission and being returned to a spawning location for the hub. If you go to your right there will be a staircase which will take you to the inbox.
