The fourth Pokemon Gym is found in Courmaline City. The Gym Leader is Ramos, a Grass-Type Pokemon User.
Ramos' Pokemon:
Level 30 Jumpluff
Level 31 Weepinbell
Level 34 Gogoat
After you defeat Ramos, you will receive the Grass Badge and TM86 (Grass Knot).
