Ive noticed a activated portal in chapter 15 after you get the heart key thingy and go down the stairs over the bridge. I've been through it but it takes you to well it seems like hell and there are just loads of monsters and no way out. Do you get somthin for defeatin them all? And is there a way out?

I'm on the part of the game where you have to take a closed chest from the owner of Oxbay's ship yard to Redmond. When I got to Redmond and went to the townhall and the govenor tells me to go to the tavern, but before I got to the tavern two pirates ran up to me and wer telling me to give them the chest but I refused and istead of giving in, I refused the second time and I am already Invinsible from a cheat that I used in the beginning of the game. So after they came up to me and started fighting me I saved the game and now I am stuck and can't beet them since they don't take damage. How do I beet these guys or at least get rid of them???? Thanks to all that answer as fast as possible.
