I don't think you can.If you've turned to the Dark Side and once again became Darth Revan he will flee and I don't think you can find him.

Not unless you are a woman but only if you turn to the dark side after you kill Malak he will try to save you from yourself. I can''t remember if you have to follow a romance quest by the way you talk to Carth. I can't remember that part because I usually play as a guy as I'm a guy. But you can kill him as a female though.
