Last time I tried to save the game, the whole thing got messed upp. And when I went back in, it was written bad save. WHY??

That same thing happened to me once before. I don't know what causes it to happen but when it does just make sure that you don't turn off the console or else you will have to start the game all over again. The only thing that I can tell you is to check the save file after you save and if you see that save a second time or just save twice on two different save files. Hope this helps.

Yeah it happens to me too after playing several hours continuously. The only way to counter it is simply saving on a 2nd slot.
Unfortunately the only thing you can do is just delete the bad saves and use the autosave. That and pray.
