Pro physics is where when you do a backflip and land on your head you blast into the air
It's quite simple. Pro Physics are more realistic than the normal physics. If you land wrong, steer to hard or soft, preload wrong, it'll happen more lifelike than the arcade style physics of the game. A lot of people say it makes it worse, but that's only for people who don't realize that they are leaving an arcade/gaming style physics for something that's more like a simulation style. Think going from Need For Speed handling to Gran Turismo handling.
