When upgraded all the way, the ford gt is the fastest with a top speed of 205 with close mission, I believe. With the other gear kit it only goes 148

First of all none of you all are right. The Corvette Z01 is the fastest car in the game, Smokes the Ford GT(40), Cattaram R500R Dodge Viper GT/S. Every Lotus,every... EVERYTHING Just max it out you'll see. Deff. Unstoppable. If I'm wrong prove me wrong... But I'm not.

The Streamliner is the fastest, it has 500 HP and if you modify it to it's maximum it will beat the Ford GTs.

I managed to get the Streamliner to 320 kph, and all my record laps on drag races or oval races were achieved by the Streamliner.

Only use the GT90 or GT40 to avoid damage from corners (when racing on complicated tracks).

Otherwise, the Streamliner wins at everything because it has much power; but it crashes into corners.

Its the Alfa Romeo 12c competizione. Def the 12c, because it's got insane torque and HP, and weighs fairly little.

Have you guys even played/beaten the second season? The Jiotto is easily the best car in the game.

Seriously though, as much as I don't want to sound arrogant, I barely stop the Jiotto with a close mission GT40.

I came here to see what car is objectively the fastest, but I see people saying ''320 HP'' and ''500 HP'' and I get confused because my gt concept is over 800 HP. What gives?

Late to the party here, but at least in Sega GT Online, the 2000 Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec II R34 has insanely high acceleration and handling because of being 4WD and really high horsepower and torque. I was having trouble with passing the Official Races in Stage 3 of Season 1, so I tried a fully upgraded Chevrolet Corvette (first one in the car shop) then a fully upgraded 2003 Vemac RD350, but it was not all that much easier using either of those. Possible, but still difficult. So then I tried looking at the stats of the various 4WD vehicles that can be unlocked early, and this one is crazy high compared to the others once it's upgraded. Here's a breakdown of the statistics of the car:
