If you want a heavy drop remember that you can't do so if:
You have a heavy drop vehicle nearby. (destroy it to enable another heavy drop)
You are under attack or if you are a wanted man. (by the police or the montana)The agency can not comfirm your position. (when you are on the flat city ground heavy drops still don't work for some reason)
