Hey where do I go to get this acheivment, do I jump off a plane or mountain? What.

A Base Jump is a jump where you stand, and simply jump. Go 1000 feet, and land. Using a parachute or whatever, maybe land in some water.

But it's from stading, so off a cliff, mountain etc.

Go to the highest mountain, which can be found in the middle of the map. There is a safehouse on it called "Eagle's Nest". That is the place to a 1000 foot basejump.

Plus, it's just really fun to jump off of it.
