You can get his robes on the Star Forge if your character is 75 percent evil. You make them at one of the terminals, on the second floor I think.

You get them on the star Forge.But your character has to be evil.If your are lightside then you can get the star forge robes they are on the second floor in the room with the gun turrets.Just turn left in there and there will be a door.Open the door kill the dark jedi and there will be a terminal.If you are dark you can get revans robes!
PS don't forget to shut of the turrets.
