It's in Naga Sadow's Tomb, somewhere... I can't remember where, exactly. Hehe. But it is on Korriban, I'm sure.

You can do it.

When you enter the tomb of Naga Sadow for your final test you retreive it after completing the pillar puzzle which is quite easy ( if your good at that kind of thing ) then you continue through and take his sword ( among other things ) which has a higher DC poison rate than the Genoharadan poison blade.
