Mission: ACT 3 - No Fighting in the War Room

Location: After destroying the wall that leads into the launch control room, kill all of the enemies inside. Then, from the opening in the wall, run straight ahead to the other end of the room and climb up the steps to your left. At the top of those steps, turn right and enter the room there. The final intel is on the table here.

On act II level one shot one kill... It says that there are 1 of 2 intels captured! I have seen these videos and where the first intel should be isn't there!!! What is going on?
