29/30 intel but I can't find 30
Im missing the second intel in "the sins of the father" but when I reach the area it's in, it isnt there?

You encounter that piece of intel while you are chasing Zakhaev’s son down the alley -- what you need to do is turn right at the green car and red dumpster, then when you turn the next corner you will see a small building with stairs leading to a door above.
Climb the stairs and look on the table there - you will see the intel on it. Just take it easey-peasy!
