Chapter 16

Move to the house and check out the area with the yellow lights shining on the semi-round bushes. The bench here on the left side has Treasure #81, Toy Soldier lying on it.

Go to the front door, try it, then follow your brother to the back of the house and go up through the open window. Search the attic for boxes and notes, then drop down after your brother through the hatch he opens. Here, open the nearby door to the left (not the one at the end of the hall to the right) and check the letter on the desk in the corner. Walk back and speak with Sam for Optional Conversation 22.

Go through the door at the end of the hall together with Sam. Here, go right and up the stairs to find Treasure #82, Toy Seaplane. Go downstairs all the way and continue through the house until you reach the main hall. Go just past the large stairs in this main hall and turn left, walking to the end of the hall into a room. Here, check out the far right corner to find a book on a table. Wait for Sam to come into the room and have Optional Conversation 23 + 24 with him.

Inspect the main hall, then go upstairs with Sam and check the locked doors. Back in the main hall, move to the far left corner and move the bookshelves to the side. This allows you to continue with the story, but before you do so, jump to the opposite side to reach higher ground. You can find Treasure #83, Pirate Snowglobe on a bench here. Go back to the bookshelf and climb all the way up, then move all the way to the left on the ledge until you reach the air vent. Move through and drop down, then grab the key in this room and unlock the door.

Head to the other unlocked room and check out the box underneath the desk to trigger a long scene. Afterwards, follow Sam over the roof. Outside, keep following Sam and simply stay out of the arms of the police to conclude the chapter.
