During the mission when Quentin asks you to gather some info about Becca, reply by saying NO. If you missed this part, continue playing and make sure to finish all missions, eventually you will receive it when you complete the mission on saving Quentin.

Arrested Developments - Witness happenings in the Courthouse.

Received after finishing the mission Marshall's Courthouse: Trouble at the Courthouse.

Gun Thugs - Assisted the Wilkersons in their personal issues.

First, complete the mission The Wilkersons: The Old Farmhouse. Then ride to the barn and take the survivor and leave him at his own house. Finally, play normally until a final mission shows up by helping the man pay up for his debts.

Pest Control - Clear 5 Infestations in one day.

A lot of Infestations appear after the Marshall's Courthouse missions begins.

Watch the Birdie! - Distract zombies with a firecracker.

Equip a firecracker from the D-Pad items by pressing Right on the D-Pad, then press RB to use it when zombies are nearby.

I Can See My House From Here - Complete a survey point.

Story-driven.

Land Usage - Construct all kinds of facilities.

You only need to build the initial types of facilities like workshop, sleeping quarter, etc. No need to build the higher, upgraded versions.

Home Improvement - Construct a facility.

Any facility in your home base will do.

I'll Be There For You - Earn 500 Fame.

Just play normally and you'll eventually receive it over time.

Mercy Shot - Kill a survivor in your group to prevent them from turning into a zombie.

You can achieve this by killing Alan when you reach the mission to kill him or not.

Come and Knock On Our Door - Persuaded another group to join your community.

Self-explanatory.

Manifest Destiny - Create 8 Outposts.

This can be done at the Snyder Trucking Home Base as it has enough space for 8 outposts.

Everywhere You Look - Recruit 15 members into your community.

Just keep saving survivors as you play.

Movin' On Up! - Move your home base to a new area.

The Snyder Trucking Warehouse is the best Home Base to move into.

Rule #1 - Reach Max Cardio on any of your members.

Just keep running around as much as you can to achieve Max Cardio.

Trust Me, I'm an Expert - Acquire any skill specialization for any of your members.

Horde Hoard - Clear 10 hordes in one day.

Smash 10 hordes with a vehicle for easy achievement.

Ya Always Were An A-Hole Gorman - Sacrifice yourself in a blaze of glory.

Equip a grenade to quick-use, then get killed by a zombie.

Torn Apart - Get killed by zombies.

Simple enough achievement.

Get Yo' Freak On - Finish one of each kind of zombies.

Have a snack equipped when facing a Feral and use melee at all costs, use fire on a Big 'Un.

The Bruce - Finish 3 zombies using a propane tank explosion.

Alert a zombie horde, go inside a house with a cooking grill, then shoot the propane tank.

Double Dead - Activate a bare-handed double kill technique.

Reach Level-6 Powerhouse with a character, then pick the double-kill technique and use it.

Gotta Enjoy the Little Things - Kill a zombie using a vehicle door.

Ride a car, wait until a zombie grabs the left side of the car, then mash x to kill it.

Get Outta My Dreams - Kill one of each kind of freak zombies using a vehicle.

The Feral, SWAT, Bloated, Screamer and Big 'Uns are the freak types. For the Bloated, speed up your car and aim it at the bloated, then jump out of the car before it hits the fat zombie. For the Big 'Un, hit it with your reverse driving using the back of your car.

Vehicular Zombicide - Kill 250 zombies using vehicles.

Very straightforward achievement.

Badass - Finish 50 missions or activities using the same character.

Self-explanatory but quite a grueling achievement, requires utmost patience.
