Give a person A LOT of gifts they love and eventually their hearts will increase. The order is black purple blue green yellow orange and then red. When their heart turns orange or red buy a blue feather from the super market and no where else and give it to them. If their heart isn't red yet they will laugh so make sure it's red. Each person also has their general likes and dislikes which I will try to post in the hints section.

Choose any of the girls in the city and everyday give that girl a gift and when her heart turns red give her the blue feather and you will marry already..
