HE LIVES IN THE LAKE UP IN THE MOUNTAINS. THROW LIKE 3 CUCUMBERS IN THE LAKE AND HE WILL APPEAR. GIVING U A "RARE-ONE AND ONLY" -POWERBERRY-
You can't catch him lol. You can get him to give you this mystic power berry if you give him 3 cucumbers between 10 AM and 3 PM on any clear day. The mystic power berry will increase your resistance to the elements making you less tired when you work on rainy or snowy days.
Buy a crossbow and swim on the lake because he's smart so he won't take the bait
