How to marry popuri??.give her what ever she likes,and the when her heart is super red you can show her the blue feather if you have on...
XD you nid to make your house upgrade 2 level 3 to get married XD otherwise it will not work even it is red
This is based on my own experience, well, I made her heart turn to red first and after that I upgraded my house second times until it has it's own room with two beds, then I bought the Blue Feather in the market and I gave it to her. That's all ^_^ Hope this would be helpful.

For me I harvested my crops first. Then went to get pinkcat flowers. And gave it to her everyday. Her heart turned purple. Next when the scene came of when her brother was fighting with her. Go to the hill and click to. The scene when she wants t leave click #2 as well. I'll tell you more later. But for now this is all I know.
