I think you have to have a cow in the festival at about eight hearts. I'm not a hundred percent sure. The more hearts the better...

Join your cow and it should have an eight hearts..

you need to talk to all of the villagers on the yodel farm.... and maybe 8-10 hearts....

well, you must take good care of your cow if you want win...like brushing and talking to them everyday.. and don't forget to feed them...
