I need halp in the library

I have tried the advice of climbing on the bookshelf and table. Although I still can't get the book. Is there any other way that I can get the book. I have been stuck on that part for months!!!

After you do that you need to press the x button it will fly around acouple of times just keep doing that untill you get it about 3 or 2 times.
