I don't know where to find the babbling beverage and where is the loudspeaker? Please help me. Someone.

If you've already met with parvati and padma, and they've told you that they need your help, then just follow the footprints and you'll meet up with them. When they talk to you, it'll show you where the speaker is. Oh, on the last speaker, it's really hard. It took a few minutes for me to figure out...when you're on the bridge, you'll need to go to where it's open on one side and walk out onto the grass. (there's only place where you can walk onto the grass.) once on the grass, walk toward the little board looking thing at the side of the bridge. Walk on that over to the other side, and once you're there, press the triangle button to grab onto the ridge so that you can walk around the turret until you get to a pipe, and just keep going until you get to the speaker and the little blue light thing shows up, then press the triangle button to pour the potion onto the loudspeaker.
