owlery help please!!!

Hi
Im stuck on the owlery, where you have to lift the boxes up the stairs but they will only go so far and when I let go they fall all the way down again and harry just watches and he wont cast any spells when they do fall.
How do you get the boxes up? Plz it's sooooo hard

You have to move them up the levels each time to get them to the top

Some boxes go on the lower floors, you don't have to move. THe boxes go in the holes that light up... there will be a glow when you get close.. so slowly move the box in front of a hole (none of the holes are "empty" ) and then when you see the glow stick it in there.. you don't even have to drop it, it drops automatically if you're in the right place.
When you're done with the lower levels Collin says he'll send the rest of the boxes up a couple of levels, climb up to another level .. there's a flat spot half way up.. all the boxes land in front of you... you'll see the first one when you get there.. when you stand on the stairs at the level of that floor all the boxes land in about the same spot.
