Here's an answer to your question.

There is only one way to do this.

�First incendio the devils snare away

�Then use wingardium leviousa to move 2 benches to the ledge you need to climb up (stack one on top of the other)

�Then climb on the ledge using the benches and slide to the right until you get to the drain pie climb up the drain pipe to the second ledge.

�Then go along the second ledge by sliding left and climb up the drain pipe and go along the third ledge to another drain pipe. You will need to reparo the drain pipe to proceed.

�Then go up the drain pipe and along the ledge. Stand first piece of the ledge that sticks out and reparo the second piece.

�Then go along the ledge to the second piece you just fixed and wingardium leviousa the camera down to Collin and just climb down the way you climbed up.

There�s really no other way to do this part of the game unless you don�t want Collin in the DA. Hope this helps.

Go right until you get to pipe
Climb on to pipe
Go to the second ledge
Slide left
Climb up the third ledge move along the to another pipe
Use reparo on the pipe
Go along the pipe and climb the ledge
Use reparo to fix the ledge
Move along the ledge and use wingardium leviousa on the camera and drop it down for hermonie to catch it
Now climb down the ledges and speak with collin
