I need help.Im on the clocktower part I did what one guy said but it's still not doing anyhthing. HELP

If this is for the portable swamp, then you wingardium leviosa the rock onto the area where the roop is not there [as close to the bench as possible]. Climb up onto the rock and then you should be able to wingardium leviosa the bench into a suitable postion for you. When climbing the bench [once it's in position], be careful, as you could fall off. Then when you get close enough, you can wingardium leviosa the portable swamp.
