In every act there are areas where even if you tranqulize the enemy you can still kill them. In act one when the froggers attack when they hang on the wall or the roof of a building do not tranq them they will fall to the bottom and they will die and you will be credited for that kill. In act to when drebin is driving do not use the machine gun at all. Tranq or CQC all human enemies, and through chaff grenades to stop the mech suits. Only use the mounted gun for the gecko. But be careful with your shots you can kill people with it very easy. In act three same as act to on the rail ride but instead of using the tranq gun you can use the double barrel shotgun if you acquired it in act to. Load the shot gun with v rings, to defeat the froggers. The flying scarabs like both geckos don't count as kills, they are unmanned machines, act four just defeat the boss fight without killing any froggers or the boss in her beast and beauty modes. That applies to all boss fights. Act five again watch for froggers in the computer room near the glass use the mosin ganent on the second floor froggers. Hope this helps

If the frogs are clinging to a wall or ceiling and you tranquilize them they will fall and die. It must have been in the final act where you accidently killed someone. While trying to get the titles such as foxhound or big boss you should keep a save at the start of each act and checkpoint until you are sure you haven't done anything you're not supposed to by checking your statistics at the end of each act.
