mantis's dolls
I can't use them I move the control and they just die or fall back on the ground is there some kind of trick?

Emm, as far as I remember, you select the one that is lethal (it'll be red when selecting), then you shoot a "Doll" at an enemy.
If you hit them, they will be suspended in the air.
Then you shake your controller, and they will start dying.
I can't remember what you do with the other, non-lethal, one.

The Red doll (mantis doll) is what you shoot at living enemies to control them, while the blue doll (sorrow doll) controls dead enemies.
